Kenna Funnies

notice the chocolate cake goatee ;)
This girl may know how to push our buttons, but she sure keeps us laughing.

The other night, she was up till about 10 PM. We were trying to get her to go to bed, but she was intent on going bye-bye. She found her purse, and had us put her hat and mittens on her. Then she came and gave us each hugs and kisses, then started off, waving and saying, "Byyye! Byyye!"

She loves to wear her hat--it's kind of like a security blanket, and ever since we told her daycare about that, she gets to wear it quite a bit during the day there. She does pretty well for the most part, but they told me she cries a lot (and it can be really hard to get her to stop once she gets started--which we know from personal experience).

~

Yesterday morning, she woke up and climbed over Dan, climbed off the bed (which is currently just a mattress on the floor), and stood by the door. Apparently, she had a lot of gas to relieve.

When she was finished, she climbed back onto the bed, right over Dan's head. She stopped and sat on his head, put her hands on his shoulders, and started bouncing, kind of like she was riding a horse.

A few minutes later (she was done riding her horse), I checked her diaper and realized she had pooped. Turns out, Dan was all stuffed up, so he hadn't even smelled it. :D

~

Then last night, she was playing with her dollhouse from Eric and Alissa (which she loves) and trying to get the radio to play music. When you press down on the little radio in the dollhouse, it will say something like, "this music makes me want to dance" and the next time you press it, it'll play a short song. She wanted the music, but she kept pressing the radio twice so the music would cut out....well, here's the video. I got a chuckle out of it!

Anyway, happy New Year! I'll try to post later sometime with some pictures from Christmas and whatnot.
