| Homemade Turtle Cheesecake |
Dan spent hours in the kitchen the night before my birthday, making me a surprise dessert. We had to work on my birthday, but afterward, we went out to eat, and had this yummy turtle cheesecake at home. (I'm actually having another piece right now!)
We missed the New Year's countdown again this year. It was just us and the critters here, and I fell asleep in the living room while Dan played a video game. He woke me up right at midnight to let me know we had missed ringing in the new year.
Oh, well. Maybe next year....
