Every house where love abides, and friendship is a guest, is surely home, and home sweet home, for there the heart can rest. (Henry Van Dyke)

Happy Easter {2014}
We are spending a (sort of) relaxing Easter at home in Huron.
Dan, Mila, and I went to the Fargo area this weekend for his grandpa's birthday. The entire family made it there, and we all ate dinner at Granite City in Fargo before having cake and ice cream at his brother's house in Glyndon, which is where we spent the past two nights.
We left back to Huron this morning so we could spend most of the day unwinding at home. I hadn't been sure what we were going to be doing Easter Day, so I didn't plan out a dinner. Plus, we had just gotten done traveling. So, we just went to the Chinese buffet for lunch. That was several hours ago, and I'm still extremely full. I have a feeling we won't be eating supper tonight.
After lunch, we got some Easter candy from WalMart for an egg hunt...just the two of us.
Although we planned on relaxing, we had a lot of things to put away from our trip, and the house was a bit of a mess, so we spent some of our time cleaning up a little. It didn't really feel much like Easter today, and it wouldn't have at all if we hadn't hidden Easter eggs for each other to find!
This year is just clipping along. It's a huge relief to finally have spring here, even though we keep getting a day of winter weather here and there. I'm hoping Wednesday last week was the end of it....
